OCP Full Carbon Fibre Flared Fender Body Kit

Super lightweight and precision crafted and produced vacuum infused carbon fibre body kit with turbo width flared fenders, OCP’s kit is a great solution to shedding kilos and tastefully modernizing all 911’s 1974 to 993 models. In contrast to other kits on the market, this one has full rear quarter panels to prevent visible seams under the paint after a certain period of time. Popular kit used by professional builders and backdate/restomod enthusiasts around the world.

  • Front Long-Hood Deck Lid (Frunk) (Center fill or normal)

FAQ — Carbon Fibre Flared Fender Body Kit (1974–993)

What Porsche 911 models does this carbon fibre flared fender body kit fit?

The OCP Carbon Fibre Flared Fender Body Kit can be fitted to all Porsche 911 models from 1974 through the end of the 993 generation (1998). That covers F-Model, G-Model, 964, and 993. It’s the same kit across the full range – you don’t order a model-specific version.

What’s the difference between the gelcoat version ($38,000) and the bare carbon version ($47,000)?

The gelcoat version comes with a smooth black surface coat applied over the carbon fibre. It’s ready for primer and paint prep, which is what most full restoration builds need. The bare carbon version is vacuum infused with the weave left visible, no gelcoat, no clear coat. It’s the choice for builds where the carbon will be left exposed and finished with your own protective clearcoat. If you plan to paint the kit, start with gelcoat and save $9,000. If you plan to run visible carbon, contact OCP before ordering so you can discuss finish details specific to your build. We can also share our datasheet covering our recommended clear finishing process and the products we use in-house when finishing visible carbon.

Does the body kit require an aftermarket exhaust?

Yes, the kit’s rear bumper requires an aftermarket center exhaust. A stock exhaust may not be compatible. OCP supplies stainless steel and titanium center exhaust options directly with heating, so you can sort both in the same order, or source your own exhaust solution. If desired, we can also make the OCP exhaust in the split configuration. Please contact us directly to discuss at info@OCParts.com. Factor this into your build budget before committing.

What exactly is included in the kit?

The kit includes left and right front fenders, front and rear bumpers, left and right full rear quarter panels, left and right rockers (lower sills), and the front long-hood deck lid (frunk) in your choice of center fill or standard. Rear deck lid, center fill fuel tank, carbon seats, and exhaust solutions with heating are available as add-ons – contact OCP to build out the full spec.

Why does OCP use full rear quarter panels instead of bolt-on fender flares?

Most turbo-width body kits on the market use flares that bolt or bond over the existing rear quarters. Over time, especially after paint, the seams between the flare and the original panel tend to telegraph through the paint and become visible. OCP’s kit uses full replacement rear quarter panels, eliminating the seam entirely. It’s more material, more labor to fit, but the result is a cleaner finish that holds up long term. The OCP rear fender flares are 1cm wider on each side (2cm total) than the OE 964 Turbo rear quarters.

How long does production take, and how does shipping work?

Production is 5-6 weeks from order – the kit is manufactured to order, not pulled from stock. Shipping direct from production in Germany is handled on a case-by-case basis depending on your location; contact OCP at info@OCParts.com before or at the time of ordering to get a shipping quote. A body kit of this size ships freight, not parcel.
