• Description

  The Talbot-style mirror is one of the most recognisable exterior detail on a classic 911 build. The rounded D-shaped profile and slim stalk have defined the look since the racing versions of the 1960s and 1970s.

  OCParts produces the Talbot-style mirror in billet aluminum. Not cast, not plastic housing with plastic metal metal plating – the entire body is machined from solid aluminum billet. The finish is consistent, the edges are clean, and the weight is appropriate for a part this prominent.

  The mirrors come with factory green tint acrylic quarter windows (window seals not included). Glass windows available, email info@OCParts.com. The mount is adjustable and attaches via a secure gasketed squeeze mount through the pre-cute holes in the supplied quarter windows. The mirrors are adjusted from inside the car using the finished match aluminum finger knobs.

  Installation notes
  Remove OEM mirror. Install the two supplied factory green tint acrylic windows using new window seals (not supplied). Install supplied black gaskets on mirror stem base and push stem through quarter window pre-cut hole. Place remaining gasket between window and aluminum finger adjustment button. Align notches on finger adjuster and aluminum base, and push together. Secure with supplied stainless steel screws. Ensuring the long screw of the three on the passenger side mirror (black marked on head, which can be wiped off with rubbing alcohol) is in the 9 O-clock position to account for the thickness of the wedge gasket. Adjust the mirror angle to position.
