Bank and Quickbooks Direct Transfers (to avoid credit card processing fees) for Large Orders

Bank and Quickbooks direct transfer is available for most orders. Look for the Quickbooks Direct Transfer payment link on invoices, Email info@ocparts.com with your order details. Bank details will be provided in the link if a manual invoice is generated and sent. The order is held until payment is confirmed.

Payment Questions

Is my payment information stored by OCParts?

No. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. OCParts does not store card details.

Do you charge a currency conversion fee?

No. Prices are listed in USD and your bank or PayPal handles conversion at their standard rate. OCParts does not add a separate conversion fee.

Can I pay by bank or Quickboos Direct transfer for a smaller order?

Yes. However, it will require the generation of a manual invoice, so it is usually reserved for larger orders. For smaller orders, use credit card or PayPal at checkout.

Why do I need to email before using bank transfer?

Bank transfer is not an automated checkout option. A manual invoice will need to be generated including your full contact/shipping infomations so we can email you the invoice with payment details. Emailing first lets the OCParts team provide the correct bank details and hold your order while payment clears.
