Intro

OCParts is the aftermarket parts brand of Design Funktion Autowerks, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. This page gives you control over the cookies and tracking technologies used on ocparts.com, and lets you submit a privacy request to the OCParts Team.

If you only want to change which cookies we can use, start with the settings below. If you want us to act on your personal information – access it, delete it, or stop sharing it – use the request form further down.

Change your choices at any time. Your selection is stored for 12 months, or until you clear your browser cookies.

Note: functional cookies stay on. Without them, your cart, login, and checkout stop working.

Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited information with advertising and analytics providers – for example, Meta and Google – so we can measure how the site performs and show relevant parts to people who have visited us. Under the Colorado Privacy Act and similar state laws, that sharing can count as a “sale” or as “targeted advertising,” so you have the right to opt out of it.

You can opt out in two ways:

• Turn off marketing cookies in the settings above. This applies to this browser and this device.
• Submit a request below. This applies to your account and email address across devices.

We may ask for extra information to confirm who you are before we process a request. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

Your other privacy rights

If you live in Colorado, California, or another state with a privacy law, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, subject to our record-keeping obligations for completed orders
• Send your information to you in a portable format
• Stop using your information for targeted advertising or profiling
• Appeal, if we turn a request down

Browser-level opt-out signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser. You do not need to fill in anything else.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser has this under privacy or security settings. Be aware that blocking all cookies will break the cart and checkout on this site, and on most other online stores.

What we actually use cookies for

• Necessary and functional – keeps items in your cart, keeps you logged in, and remembers your currency and preferences. Always on.
• Statistics – tells us which parts pages and models people look at, so we know what to build next. Google Analytics.
• Marketing – lets us measure ad performance and show parts to people who have already visited the site. Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
