The OCParts Carbon GT Bucket Seat is designed as a single purpose object: the lightest usable seat that bolts directly into a classic 911 without modification. At 4.2 kg per seat, the pair replaces OEM seats that typically weigh 12-16 kg each.
Shell construction uses vacuum-infused heated carbon fiber – the same layup process used on the body panels. Not a fibreglass shell with a carbon wrap. The structural integrity is in the carbon. The seat is available in gelcoat carbon backs, full gelcoat front and back, or in full visible carbon front and back with gloss or matte clearcoat.
Seat foam pattern is included with every order. Aluminum base brackets are included – these are the model-specific mounts that bolt the seat directly to the existing 911 seat rail.
The Classic S-Style seat is available as an alternative for builders who prefer the more classic Porsche sport seat profile.

The Carbon GT has a high-back profile - closer to a racing seat shape. The Classic S-Style has a lower backrest that replicates the original Porsche sport seat profile. The Classic S-Style uses OE headrest and hardware. Many builds favour the S-Style for its classic look; aggressive performance-oriented builds favour the GT for its racing seating position.
